15 of the lots will offer the Mutual Self Help program giving buyers the opportunity to earn up to 20% in sweat equity. This program is further outlined on the Mutual Self Help page.
Affordable Homes
20 of the lots will offer homes built with low income buyers in mind. Combined with State, Federal and local organizations, CCCHI and your lender are able to put together a loan package meeting the needs of you, the hard working families.
Lots
12 of the lots will be sold at "market rate", (some of the lowest priced lots in Kanab!) giving you more options in floor plans and options. (CC&R's apply, contact us for more information). Purchase a lot and CCCHI will offer, for use on the lot, one of our many approved home plans at a discount, saving you hundreds or even thousands on the construction of your new home. You may use our builder, but of course you are free to bring your own.
